CHILD WRISTBAND POLICY

Ordering Wristbands for a Child

If your child is:

Age 14 or above: An adult General Admission (GA) wristband is required for entry.
Age 6–13: You must purchase a Child Wristband (ages 13 and under) for your child.
Age 0–5: No wristband is required for admission.

If you are purchasing a Child Wristband (ages 13 and under), you must also purchase a General Admission wristband for yourself or another adult guardian who will accompany the child during the event. Child wristbands cannot be purchased separately.

All minor attendees with Child Wristbands must be accompanied at all times by a parent or guardian (age 18 or older) with a valid General Admission wristband. Failure to have an accompanying adult may result in denial of entry.

REGISTRATION POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY

By registering for a Bay Area Arknights-Only 2026 event pass, you agree not to sell, trade, or share your confirmation email or admission credential. If the organizing committee determines that you have violated any event policy, your credential(s) will be cancelled without refund, and your participation in future events may be restricted.

Each credential must match a valid government-issued photo ID. Duplicate or fraudulent registrations will be cancelled and refunded at the organizer’s discretion, minus applicable processing fees.

COSPLAY & PROP POLICY

Cosplay is fully allowed and warmly welcomed at Bay Area Arknights-Only 2026! However, all costumes must represent characters from Arknights only.

Most cosplay props are permitted, but any item resembling a firearm—including toy guns, airsoft guns, replica weapons, or props shaped like real guns—are strictly prohibited under California law.

If an attendee is found carrying any prop resembling a firearm during entry check, they will be asked to store or remove the item off-site before being allowed to enter. Failure to comply will result in denial of entry without refund.

Please help us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants by following these guidelines.

EVENT CANCELLATION

The organizing committee reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event or any part thereof, with or without notice. In such cases, the event organizers shall not be responsible for any additional costs, damages, or expenses incurred by attendees.

CREDENTIAL RESALE POLICY

Event credentials are non-transferable and non-reproducible. Reselling or scalping of event passes is strictly prohibited. Any altered or resold passes will be void and denied entry. All credentials remain the property of the event organizers and must be surrendered upon request.

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to illness, travel issues, personal schedule conflicts, or duplicate purchases. Submitting a chargeback or dispute will result in permanent restriction from future Arknights-Only events.

ENTRY POLICY

All attendees must always wear their event wristband while on site. Wristbands must remain securely fastened and visible at all times. Any attendee found without a valid wristband may be refused entry or removed from the venue.

AGE RESTRICTION POLICY

Attendees aged 13 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (18+) with a valid General Admission credential.
Attendees aged 14–17 are encouraged to attend with a parent or guardian nearby.
Minors are not permitted to hold or use Exhibitor or Artist credentials.

LOST WRISTBANDS

Lost or damaged wristbands may be replaced at the Registration Booth for a replacement fee, subject to availability.

VIOLATIONS

Any violation of registration or event policies may result in the immediate cancellation of your order and revocation of your credentials without refund.

MARKETING

Your privacy is our utmost concern. We will never sell, share, or misuse your personal information for marketing or advertising purposes.
